Prior to completing her coaching training with the Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara, Carrie worked in Employee Relations and Employment at Genentech, Inc. She is a certified trainer in Behavioral Interviewing, and in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. She is both a trained coach, helping clients explore their desired future path, and a practical, clear consultant, suggesting specific steps to move you toward that future.
